Barkeeper Ms. Cansu at the lobby bar was very friendly and nice. She made tasty cocktails Thank you Cansu :)

I booked ocean view room but I had Mountain View I asked them to change it they said tomorrow and they never did. No ice or cold water was available. All the waters were room temperature. Elevators were constantly broken. Too many people that you can’t even find table to eat. No air condition in hallways or elevators . It was terrible. I would not definitely go there again. Worse customer service. The only good place was lobby which was cold and had bar. Rest of the bars only serve beer. Low class and rude people were there.
